All Bioworks’ systems and components integrate into a complete fully functional compost system—for aerated static piles, covered compost systems, or in-vessel.

• Bioworks’ patented and industry proven Airfloor® system integrates forced aeration with leachate collection beneath the compost pile. This design improves oxygen flow, removes excess moisture, accelerates processing, and significantly reduces odours.
• The primary component of Bioworks’ Process Control System is the StedAIR® micropore compost cover, that may be used in traditional compost bunker configuration, or as an on-grade mobile compost pile system. The CASP (Covered ASP) composting technology achieves positive aeration without the need for biofilters. This advancement eliminates odor concerns and produces a Class A soil amendment product in six weeks or less.
• Bioworks is your one-stop supplier for all equipment necessary for a complete and functional compost system, including fans, aeration controls, mobile Airbox™, Airlok basins, compost cover placement machines (winders), and wireless temperature monitoring systems.
